Support The Smyth Arms

The Smyth Arms is a small independent pub in Upper Holloway, between Archway, Finsbury Park and Crouch End. We opened our doors only 9 months ago to serve and expand the incredible community in our surrounding areas. Our dream, not just to offer great drinks, but to restore this public house to its proper place as a community hub. Creating a safe and welcoming space for all, or as our customers have said: “The Smyth is home not a house” and “The Smyth Arms is a pub for people who miss pubs”. We have also focused on supporting and showcasing some of the best grassroots live music, giving our stage to a variety of exceptionally talented musicians of all genres, both local and international. Covid 19 has been devastating to us all. Adhering to government guidelines we closed our doors. Whilst we have worked to keep in touch with our community and support where we can, our income and our entire world has been put on hold, to help stop the spread of this virus and keep our neighbourhood safe. Unfortunately, not having qualified for government support, we are turning to you to potentially enable us to reopen and continue to serve the growing community we have and love. We miss you all (including those of you we’re yet to meet). Once it is safe to do so, we look forward to welcoming you through our doors.
